MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership Overview

Your membership includes a set number of personal training sessions per week, plus coaching, programming, and ongoing support.

All memberships are billed monthly via direct debit.

2. Payments & Cancellation

  • Payments are taken monthly via direct debit

  • Payment date is agreed at sign-up (between the 1st–7th of the month)

  • Membership is minimum of 3 months when signing up

  • It then becomes a monthly rolling membership and can be cancelled with 1 month’s notice

  • Sessions continue as normal during the notice period

 

3. Training Schedule

  • You will be allocated a fixed weekly training slot

  • This remains consistent each week unless agreed otherwise

  • Sessions are intended to be used within each calendar month

 

4. Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be rescheduled within the same month

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

 

5. Sessions & Usage

  • Sessions are designed to be used within each month

  • Any unused sessions expire at the end of the month

 

👉 Exception:
At the coach’s discretion, one session may occasionally be rolled over, which must be used within 30 days

 

 6. Missed Sessions

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as used

  • No-shows are counted as used sessions

 

7. Membership Changes

  • Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded

  • Minimum 1 month’s notice is required

  • Changes are subject to availability

 

8. Coach Availability

 

If the coach or the trainee is unavailable (e.g. holidays), sessions will be:

  • Rescheduled where possible, or

  • Adjusted fairly (credit or reduced billing if appropriate)

9. Additional Sessions

  • Extra sessions can be booked subject to availability

  • These are charged separately

10. Agreement

By proceeding to the membership and setting up your direct debit, you agree to these terms.
